Camp
Hilltop is owned and operated by Bill and Kathy
Young. They have been in camping since 1979. They
have 3 children, all of whom are active in Camp
Hilltop. Scott, Melissa and Becky all attended as
campers and have worked their way from counselor and
department/program leadership roles to their current
positions. Scott is a Co-Director, his wife Ann is
Director of Cabin Life and Head Counselor and
Melissa is Director of Safety and Development.
Becky, who is a Registered Nurse, contributes to the
Hilltop Wellness Center when she is at camp.
